As part of its 90th celebration, Prestone launched the Anak ng Mekaniko Scholarship Program. This is the company’s way of acknowledging their most important clients—the local auto mechanics. And, what better way to show their appreciation than reaching out to the families of these auto mechanics and publicize their endearing story?
Full Blast Digicomms, Inc. produced online content to promote the program. Tatay Willy and his son, Joey Balagbag, the lead characters in the video content, became the face of the Anak ng Mekaniko Scholarship Program. Their story enabled the campaign to gain traction online until the nine recipients of the scholarship grant were chosen.
